Is it possible he has pneumonia? One of my positives had that a few years ago and Baytril cleared it up.  It can definitely cause fluid in the lungs, and I would assume could enlarge a lymph node since infections do that.  I would still rule out lymphoma though.

I took stitch to the cats only vet here in Columbus
