i don't remember the bus-stop incident, but i DO recall a similar case where a woman was shot in her yard after having been mistaken for a deer by a first-time hunter, and the person who killed her was prosecuted but found not guilty.
and i've sat in a friend's lakeside home and heard the bullets fired at the ducks hit the house... ya know, if you don't hit the duck, nothing slows that bullet down.... i'm gonna shut up now before i get in any trouble.... .
