Hi Nina! I've actually got three cats with this condition (I don't recall the technical name for it, but it's common among cats with FeLV)...Marvin (he's about 4 years old) has a pupil that's completely blown, but is healthy in every other respect...My Ewok's right pupil will dilate every once in a while and has had this condition for almost two years now (he's also healthy in every other respect...the dilated pupil has been his only outward sign of the virus)...and my Sleepypants just recently developed the dilated pupil-thing about 3 or 4 months ago...and, again, he's doing just fine!
I don't think that anyone really knows exactly why this happens to cats with FeLV...but it doesn't seem to be a condition that hurts them or affects their quality/quantity of life! Hope this helps! Jen
