I actually think it makes sense to test them for toxo. A friend who lived with us for a while had seven cats who all had toxo. They needed antibiotics twice a day for a month and they got better. I do not remember any of them having the dilated pupil, but I do recall hearing it can cause that. I would be surprised if no one had ever tested Gypsy for it though, given her problems. Michelle
