My cat, Tiger, has the same problem. It started about 2 years ago and would only do it sometimes and the difference was huge. Now one pupil is always slightly larger than the other one but it doesn't seem to bother her. The vet said it could be a brain tumor but there was nothing on the x ray or it could just be a symptom of the FeLV. Since it's been going for 2 years its probably just a symptom. I would go ahead and take her to the vet for peace of mind, though.
Good luck,
Amy
