I haven't personally, but if the infection is bad enough it would make sense they could feel sick, I think.

Lucy probably attacked her because she smelled like the emergency clinic- my
boys have done that to each other on the few occasions they've gone separately.
I would definitely keep an eye on the lump, but I think her mouth is the
problem at the moment.
