MC,
I didn't respond to your plea because I don't know how I can help. I just wanted you to know that when I read about this momma and her babies I immediately wanted to take her in. I know I'm certifiable, (I know because it seems to be the general consensus of most that know me), but I wish I had the room, resources, energy, time etc. to help this girl and her babies. Please let us know what happens to her. Bless you and this rescue for being there when others can't or won't.
Nina

a pregnant coonie girl was just pulled from a shelter that sells to
research; she has tested faint positive on the snap test. she has
giardia and coccidia (two of MY personal favorites!), but is otherwise
in great shape--her coat is dense and luxurious, she's well fed,
probably tossed out due to her pregnancy. does ANYONE have space to
foster her for retesting/having her kittens? i've got one mom with
kittens now, am expecting another this weekend, as well as two
moms-to-be--the only thing keeping me from bringing her into the
nursery with the rest is lack of an additional condo-cage! so she's
not really in danger, but it'd be great if someone else could take
here in so we could free up more foster space!

you all know where to find me....
