Tad lost his Sammy

Tad, I'm so sorry about Sammy.  What a shock to lose him so quickly.  How old was he?  Did the vet tell you there was nothing that could be done to help him?  Tell us something about Sammy.  What was he like?  How did he come to be with you?  Please share some of his story with us.
