Jenn,
How much trouble would it be to compose your emails on a darker screen and send them out on a white background?  Is that something that you could do automatically?  Do you have an option for "send in text only"?  When you don't have specific links to send, maybe that would work.

Yep, that's a known issue. I have eye problems and can't look at high contrast screens, so it's the best I can do for you and not get migraines from writing my own emails. :)

It used to be much worse, and the people here helped me to make it as readable as possible and still be able to read it myself. I read very fast, but when I write, I have to proof read and such so I have to look at my own emails much longer than other's replies to me, so while I can read other people's stuff, I have a hard time reading my own if it's not low contrast. The black text on white is the worst for me, I can't look at it for more than about 3 minutes before it starts to bother me.

The AOL people seem to have the worst problems with my colors. It IS a light gray background with black text. But on AOL, for some odd reason, it shows up any number of odd colors for no reason.

I am having a hard time reading your posts because of the background color and I have to change my font color when I respond so it can be seen . . . just wanted to let you know this, as others may find your posts hard to read too.
