Dearest Gloria,
I'm sorry to hear about Sunshine's passing. It doesn't matter how long
we know them, when these sweet, struggling souls enter our lives we
invest our love and care and pray for miracles. There was of course a
miracle, she found you. She found someone in you that provided her with
the caring that comes at such a heavy price of heartache. Someone that
would put aside the fears and pain to try, against the odds to bring her
back to health. Someone that would be with her in struggle, and comfort
her in her crossing. Thank you Gloria. Thank you for being there for
so many. Bless your heart and bless sweet, fragile Sunshine. You've
got an army of grateful souls watching over you, on this plane and the next.
With much love,
Nina

Please add Sunshine to the CLS (she's FIV, not FELV). The golden
kitty Sunshine showed up in a friend's back yard, unable to walk, and
I had her for about a week. She did eat a little, and we gave her
fluids and soft foods and meds. But there was something about her
brain and nervous system, and she did test positive for FIV. When I
got her, she couldn't walk, she was conscious and ate a little, but
she deteriorated. At some point she started having seizures and we
gave her a little sedative, and she never woke up. She was a sweet,
young, yellow FIV kitty who probably just didn't appropriate care in
her short lifetime.
Sleep soft sweet Sunshine.
Gloria
