Hi,
So sorry to hear about Ewok....I had a kitty several yrs. ago with lymphosarcoma, and she did very well for 9 months or so...The chemo worked for 5 months and gave her great quality of life..I think it was the best months of her life...She wasn't FeLV+ just developed the cancer as she was 12 yrs at the time...She had a feeding tube the rest of her life, too...they don't usually leave those but a few months, but she never bothered it so they left it in place...It was a great way to give meds and supplement her food when needed...even though after the chemo started she ate great on her own...
Just wanted you to know that they do very well on the chemo and usually don't have any adverse reactions to it..I know I am glad I had it done for my City Kitty...I won't ever forget those last 9 months or so...she was so happy...
We will be thinking of you and Ewok on some happy months ahead...
