Bailey was pretty lucky his didn't involve his throat at all, but it was
a shame we couldn't get anything but pulling his teeth to work, his
teeth were very healthy, but it was the last resort to offer relief and
thank goodness it worked!!
Has your vet had you try azithromycin (sp?), it is the newest preferred
drug for this condition and it helped Bailey quite a bit, just didn't
take care of it completely. Also the acupuncture helped and she was
having me give him chamomile tea and wanted me to feed him raw (I tried
a raw mixture that she bought, it was chunky, I knew he wouldn't eat
that and he didn't. I have since switched all of mine to raw that I
make and grind up to Fancy Feast consistency and they all eat it, Bailey
in particular loves it and has actually gotten chunky!!!).
