Ok.. his belly looks already full when I checked him this afternoon -
they told me that I need to watch for a sign of vomiting...

No, I never really saw it come out, but I wasn't mashing up her poops to
see if it was there either (she had already been using the litter box).

Your baby may be "off" his feed for a day or 2 - just keep feeding him
(even if it's smaller but more frequent feedings).  Keep an eye on his
belly - if it looks like its getting bloated, then take him back to the
vet.

Sending soothing tummy thoughts to him, and calming hugs to you.
