Dear Hideyo, I am so so sorry on all counts -- that the two little ones are feeling poorly and that you are having this awful hassle. I'm wondering---would it help if you had/be possible for your vets write letters stating what a good and responsible pet guardian you are--(ie you are not one of those out-of-control collector types which this guy may, in his ignorance, have unilaterally decided). Your vets could also write that they do not endorse the euthanization of FeLV and FIV cats that enjoy quality of life. You can send the officer copies.   Could you download supporting articles and attach them. Also, so you have anyone else that can support you in standing up to this guy?
