Thanks, Kerry,,, actually I do have the letters from my vet who had been my vet for the past 10 years, and actually, now she works as a vet at the animal services division (she is a director of the entire vets staff there) – she really admired what I did, she had written to me a letter of recommendations – and also rabies waiver letter for some of my animals due to the illness…and they know it, too – they know that I take such a good care of these animals – they are just playing a game to show me who has a power and who does not…

Dear Hideyo, I am so so sorry on all counts -- that the two little ones are feeling poorly and that you are having this awful hassle.

I'm wondering---would it help if you had/be possible for your vets write letters stating what a good and responsible pet guardian you are--(ie you are not one of those out-of-control collector types which this guy may, in his ignorance, have unilaterally decided). Your vets could also write that they do not endorse the euthanization of FeLV and FIV cats that enjoy quality of life. You can send the officer copies.

Could you download supporting articles and attach them. Also, so you have anyone else that can support you in standing up to this guy? Contacts at any local shelter that could call you and say what a wonderful advocate you are and how counter-productive it wd be for him to carry out his threat?

I'll keep thinking and sending out zillions of positive thoughts that this is just a temporary and short-lived problem, Hideyo---remember we're all here for you, dear Hideyo--hugs, Kerry

Hi, Kerry, Ceaer and his little sister Annie are not doing too well – I think they are still nursing some, they don’t want to eat on their own.. and Ceaser is acting he is still not feeling well (they also have URIs) – I have been force feeding a couple of them a few times a day….

Also, someone reported me to the animal control a several days ago having so many animals – and I already did have a permit, but apparently the office who gave me the permit is no longer the officer there and apparently I have a wrong kind of permit and have to do it all over again!

Anyway, I had an argument with one of the officers on the phone yesterday (he told me that all the kitties I have with FeLV and FIV should be euthanized because they are contagious.. blah blah blah.. ), and he threatened to take all my cats away from me.. so I am trying to fight against this battle so that I won’t lose them.. please pray that everything will go well,, kerry, ,they are my life.. I can’t lose them…

Hideyo

Dear Hideyo----How is little Caesar? I hope the crisis is over?? And everything is ok with you and your furballs.

I am way, waybehind with chores, emails, etc, and now also realize I can't find your address that you gave me (for mailing the promised pic, which is all set to go in the mail) on my home computer: Can you give me it again please--I'm sorry about that.

Lots of love & hugs to you and the kitties, and hope Caesar is better. Let us know when you have time.

thanks Hideyo!

Kerry
