Have her tested for hemobartenella, and in the mean time since this
is very hard to diagnose I would put her on doxycyline it will take care
of the hemo if she has it (and very possibly save her life), and if she
doesn't have it it won't hurt her. A CBC would probably be a good idea
too. They need to determine if her anemia is non regenerative (is she
producing immature red cells or not?). I hope it is something they can
treat.
