Julie, I'm so sorry to hear that Mandy is going downhill. If it's any help to have a second opinion on the matter... from what you said about her, I do think it is time to let her go.
I send you all the positive energy I can muster, and I hope the decision brings you peace in knowing that you have done the best you could for her, whatever you decide. You have given her so much love and support through it all, and I want you to know that we all know that you have done everything you could do for her.
