I thought I'd share this I had a strange exprience this morning. I got up around 6.30am to go to the bathroom which is next door to my bedroom. It was dark and I did not put any lights on as I intended to go back to bed. Of course the cats stay with me and I close the door so they don't get anywhere near my dog Candy (still strange saying dog instead of dogs). For a second I saw the perfectly formed silhouette of a cat walk out from my bedroom and stopped in front of the bathroom. I thought I had left my door ajar and that Minstrel was coming out of the bedroom for a look around. I was clapping my hands and hurrying to stop her going downstairs but the cat shadow just stayed there not moving. When I got up and went over there was nothing there and my door was shut tight so it was definitely not Minstrel. I didn't think anything of it at the time but I do believe in spirits and that space outside the bathroom is where Bramble liked to lie. He used to walk from the bedroom and lie there if I was in the bathroom. It's bizarre but I do wonder if he's found his way home. If he has then it's the first time I've ever seen the spirit of a pet who I put to sleep. I did have the ghost of one of my dogs when she died at home with cancer but she dissapeared when Gemma, Deano & Candy appeared - it was nice to have her there though - she would appear walking out from her usual spots to get her toast in the morning. It may have been nothing but the silhouette was so defined and walked out so clearly.
