 That's a kind observation....
And, one year I had my family to my house for Thanksgiving mainly because I was tired of them thinking I lived on tofu & bean sprouts, so I wanted to set the record straight.( My Dad always worried, said I was "too thin"  so I "couldn't be eating right".)
It was a huge success, everyone I think, was "surprised" that there were so many options AND that the food itself was delicious.
However, that was over 10 years ago and it was the last Thanksgiving Dinner I hosted for my family.....(Their "excuse" is always, "We miss the leftover turkey."....Whatever...LOL!)
So, I will have Tofurkey, and share my dinner with Midnight.
