Oh.. I know what you mean... but not everyone will prefer to use towel.. trust me, I have got a couple of dozens at home... you are right, some may decide to pee on towel instead of regular litter box (some of mine do), but others just like to use normal litter box.. I guess my alternative was for them to pee on the bed or on couch (which happens still).. good luck!
