i gather they've been having some trouble with their heating system,
and the guy had just installed a new furnace (?)--the explosion
occurred when he was lighting the pilot...... i have a pretty good
feeling it was NOT how he'd planned on ending his workday....

i think adding the critters to the CLS list is a WONDERFUL idea--i've
posted it on our boards....

sigh. i'm not sure which is worst, actually, the loss of life, or the
heartbreak of those who tried so hard to save them. i heard that the
shelter director's cats were among those who were lost.....
