I would try calling the microchip record keepers and tell them you
are the owner (this would only work if you know his name), tell them you
have lost your paper work with her chip number on it and you want to
write it down for you're records. Ask them what her number is, if they
say she isn't listed even if she is microchipped alot of people don't
follow through and pay for the listing in the database. I think there
are about 3 different companies that keep the written records for
animals. You would have to do a search and find out who they are.
