I don't know if Cotton can be neutered, although I would like for him to be.  The vet said with his lymph nodes swollen, he is not a good candidate for anesthesia.  But he has not had any change in his condition.  Any suggestions on how I might go about asking if he can be neutered safely?

Try Rescue Remedy.  Are they all spayed/neutered?  If not, that might help.
