Kerry, I added DMG for a while. I didn't see any noticeable difference, but then we weren't doing blood work on a regular basis. The DMG that I got was tasteless, melt in your mouth type stuff, just like the homeopathics. I remember something about having to be careful about it being "pure", no additives, binders, or excipients. The brand I bought was "Foodscience" 125 mg.
