Man, you're making me want to go home right now and
pack up to head for CALIFORNIA!!!  lol.  They would
probably kick me out though since all Texans are so
conservative.  hehe.  It is too hot here for most
animals in the summer, so we have to take extra
precaution that they don't overheat (plenty of fresh,
cool water, shade, etc.)  I can't even imagine what it
would be like to enjoy the weather year round like you
do.  I live for spring and fall here because of the
wonderful temperatures and climate.  We've had a
horrible drought here the last few months, and they
are thinking it's going to go into summer, which will
be REALLY bad, if the Pacific Jet Airstream (or
whatever it's called) doesn't head south soon.  That's
what brings in moisture for us.  

June bugs are cute!  lol.  It's the crickets you have
to worry about!
