i am living vicariously through your adventures wih star.....!! hehehehe....
weirdly enuf i reckon it is because i am preparing for a *star* of my own, at some point! with flava it was a second recovery..the nasty dogs down the road had grabbed her by the head and were flinging her around like a dog toy ( she was one of our stupid neighbors feral cats baby).. i exmined the sweet tiny thing and adamanatly went to the neighbor to TRY to get her to respond to my plea to please spay her momma cat who had had 3-4 litters in the mere 2 years i had been there....she took the cat and said that was her plan...then this kitten had babies of her own and became ours!!!
so i am getting geared up for the challenges that irresponsible pet owners end up dumping on us
animal lovers!!!
