Sheila,

Did the vet do bloodwork on Rudy?  It's important to
know exactly what you are dealing with and bloodwork
is a good way to tell what might be wrong.  Also, are
you confident in your vet?  

Don't lose hope and don't panic.  Rudy is depending on
your strength right now.  I will keep the two of you
in my prayers and please keep us posted.
