The fact that she is still eating and has formed stool is actually a very good sign. Many cats do not get seen by oncologists until they are past this point.

We see the cancer doc this afternoon.  Paassht seemed to have a rough
night last night but she's still with us.  She hasn't perked up from the
dose of fluids, at least not like she did the last time.  She ate well
last night and drank a decent amount of chicken broth and water.  She
got up on her own to eat this morning (this was about 5 hours ago) but
she's been lethargic ever since.  She took a long drink of water a few
minutes ago and then I had to rush her to the bathroom.  Her stool was
soft but formed, which is an improvement.  I tried to go to work today
but I just couldn't leave her.
