this is just a shot in the dark but what about "dochas" it means hope in 
irish (there is a fadda over the o)  The Dochas House for Cats, because 
feluk cats really have no hope being in a shelter or on the streets..in the 
shelter they are usually put to sleep and on the streets they don't have a 
very good chance, so you are giving them hope if they are in your sanctuary.
