Remind AJ he needs to visit often even if conditions reach the point that he
is not sure she knows him. She does. And if things do reach that point,
she can still recover but his love and presence is badly needed to help her.
He will not regret what he is doing by going to be with her.
If you have men who will
exclude any of God's creatures
from the shelter of
compassion and pity, you will have men who
will deal likewise with
their fellow man.

Francis

I sure am pulling for her, Nina - Hoping for all the best. I like the
suggestion about Feliway and RR. Sounds like she's possibly eaten
something she shouldn't have maybe...

Here's AJ's email from last night:

for an hour. Purring like crazy (she was). I brought her dolly and
left my jacket for her to lay on. She felt noticeably thinner too...
her butt bones were, well, bony. She'd always been so perfectly
healthy. I hate this.

I'm on my way to take my latest rescue to the vet, (Spence has some
terrible hair loss problem). I'll catch up on posts when I get home.
I've mentioned the Feliway to AJ before, (not about this in particular).
I'll pass on your suggestion for Pepper.

Thank God. And I am very sure Paassht was involved. Perhaps that fine
cat spirit can be asked to help Pepper??????????? Those in spirit are
often willing to help out the rest of us. Would you ask Paassht to
keep Pepper company? Pepper is terrified. When I have to leave a cat
at the vet's I spray the cage with Feliway and put RR in the water
myself and pray they will use what I leave. Would the vet allow a
towel or piece of clothes that has Pepper's special friend's odor on it
in the cage?
