Belinda, while no one on this list has used I-R for anemia, the vet who wrote the main article on it does say it has reversed serious anemia in some positive cats. PS.  I'm not impressed with your vet what has she/he done or suggested to find the cause for the anemia or to try and treat Chelsea???
