Ordering Interferon A

I know some of you have gotten Interferon A from Island Pharmacy 
online.  Is there any other source for Interferon that is already 
diluted to the proper percentage for cats?  Has anyone gone through a 
local compounding pharmacy to purchase Interferon A?  If so, how much 
did it cost you?  My specialty clinic is willing to sell it to one of my 
GP vets, but only in an adequated form which would have to be diluted 
further and because of the volume, would mean she'd have to prescribe it 
for other cats in her care, or waste a great deal of it.  I have my GP 
convinced to write me a script for it, but she's not sold on prescribing 
it to others, (I'm working on her).  When I bought it from my specialty 
clinic for my felv kitties, (this time it's for my FIV boy, Starman that 
hasn't been to the Internist yet, so they won't sell it to me directly), 
they sold it to me for around $20.  Island Pharmacy wants $40. plus, I 
assume, shipping.  Every dollar counts, so I'm looking for a less 
expensive source.
