I've been in that situation and mixed an FELV/FIV cat with my
FELV's. The FIV isn't that contagious so I figured why not. The
FELV is considered somewhat more contagious. I'd say go for it.

I had a double pos once before and he came down with a 107 fever
shortly after I got him and we fought
it with much time spent in a cage at the vets for the next 3 weeks
and then we let him go...
This cat will be PTS tomorrow if I don't take him.... Help.. What
to do???
