Is she SPAYED? If not, I'd RUSH her to the emergency clinic, it could be a pyrometra, a very life threatening infection of the uterus in intact female cats. Otherwise (if she IS spayed), I'd make a normal appointment first thing Monday. Abnormal discharges aren't something to toy around with, and generally require vet care.
