Oh, Nina! I'm so sorry...Please don't blame yourself, it sounds like Ceasar knew what he was doing and just who to go to for the relief he so desperately needed. He obviously trusted you...what a blessing that he knew he could come to you! Please take care of yourself...Ceasar is no longer in pain and well on his way to his next big adventure!
