A good physical therapist may be of more help than a chiropractor, and around the same cost. Worth a try if the chiro isn't helping.
Equine assisted therapy on a horse may help too. When I developed a compression fracture in my back as a pre-teen, the only way I got any relief on the bad days was by riding (I rode on my own, not at a therapy center, but I wouldn't recommend it to others, as you should be under the guidance of a professional when doing equine activities while injured. I was grossly mis-diagnosed until many years later)
