Try giving her Rescue Remedy before you leave and spray the devil out of
the car and carrier with Feliway and Catnip spray. It helps a bunch.
Then give yourself some RR. Dixie told some ACs that I needed it more than
she did.

I'm in NJ. This is already the second vet in the area that I am trying. I
just made an appointment with a really good veterinary referral center for
next Friday, with an internist. Unfortunately it is over 1.5 hours away, and
Lucy hates hates hates the car, so I am stressed about it.
