Oh good.. The typical dosage for prednisolone is Dose: 2-4mg/kg/day given by mouth, sliding
dose every 10-14 days, until optimal dose for that cat is found. And I was giving Naomi 1.25 mg (1/4 tables of
5 mg) of predisone and she weighed only 4 lb..so,, according to this
calculation, she would have needed more mg of prednisolone, but I think my vet
was being very conservative – how much of predisone do you give to Lucy
