Please, please try Acemannan or Immuno-Regulin shots. If it is not cancer and is immune-mediated, these both seem to help with felv-caused anemia. I would try acemannan first, because two people on this list personally had it save their cats from anemia. Immuno-regulin is supposed to help with severe anemia as well, according to an article by a vet that is on this group's website, but none of us have tried it for anemia yet.
