Have you checked the yellow pages.  I am in Woodstock and I have a mobile vet.  I know there are several in the Atlanta area, but I don't know about Norcross.  My vet 'might' go to Norcross.  She lives in Alpharetta and drives to my house.  She is non-emergency care.  I use her for my dogs I can't get to the vet and for pts at home.  She is great.  But I don't use her for my cats with illnesses.  Just vaccinations, etc...  Her name is Dr. Love and she is listed as "Atlanta Mobile Vets".
