This guy cracks me up. I just got off the computer and finally went
back to bed, taking Spencer with me. As we settled in I caressed him
and cooed to him that if he wanted to stay, it was up to him to fight
and that Spirit would help him if it was possible. No sooner had I
closed my eyes when I felt him jump off the bed and on to the table
where I have Matilda in her cage at night. It's like he knows that
Matilda hasn't been vaccinated for felv yet and he's trying to make me
crazy. I stumbled out of bed to take him away from Matilda, and then I
heard what he was up to. He was reaching his paw into her cage to scoop
out some of her dry food! Unbelievable! I'm telling you, for two days
he had stopped eating all together and I was steeling myself to the
possibility of having to pts before he starved to death. He's just so
amazing!
Got to go, Gypsy is asking what a cat's got to do to get petted while
she eats around here,
