Hi I am also pretty new at FELV my cat Crackers hasnt been sick yet except eye infection, but there are many "pros" on here. I would get another opinion though. It doesn't sound right that a vet can look at a kitty and say he has FELV Pos. and the other kitty looks like he is getting it?? I only have 1 cat 5yrs old and the only way I found out he was POS was a blood test. Looking at him 20 lbs and thick coat he looks like a healthy LOVE bug:) I know animals have there own "issues" but isnt that kinda like you and hubby/ significant other going to Drs and the Dr. saying oh you look like you have HIV and your "partner" does too. Guys is that true? Can a vet tell if a cat is FELV POS by just looking at the cat? Kayte and Crackers
