Desperate for good VET in CT

I got a call from Mary Ellen in Connecticut,,with a lousy vet and a 
few very ill cats,
One is FIV and the VET said to keep him in a cage and if he goes into 
another room where other cats might go..the room needs to be bleached etc,,,,
Sounds like the cat is dealing with Pemphigus,,,,autoimmune,,,She 
needs fluids and help finding a vet in the Stratford Ct area
She does not have a computer at home but has email address at work of
