That would be the 10% dosage. You could even go .2ML safely, if my math serves me correctly. You could always donate part of the bottle to your local animal rescue... I'm sure they could use it. You should pour out a smaller container to pull each individual dose out of, that way you're not sticking the syringe down into the main bottle, and it wont get contaminated (if you use a new syringe each time, that wont be a factor, but I know I'll use the same syringes for months with just a warm water wash in between uses).
