I'm a really bad skeptic about everything... and my Physical Therapist got a deep tissue laser for her practice. I was skeptical of course, but then she said it's also used for dermatology use, and that it helped her pimples (she'd naturally been experimenting on herself since it was a new toy, LOL), well, I just happened to be having a break out at that time, and so she used it on my face.... it does work! If it can heal acne, I would think it could heal stomatitis lesions, they look pretty similar to me! She also used it on my back (for muscle pain) in other visits after that, and I do think it really works to some extent, my back muscles felt hot and loose much deeper than they ever did with just manual therapy.
