I have been using stridex pads on her chin and it is starting to look better. I have changed her dishes. I didn't take her to the vet because she gets really scared (bless her heart) but I described it to the doctor and they agreed that it sounded like cat acne. Thanks for telling me about castor oil. I will remember that next time.
