Kerry, Thanks for the info. on Hills that makes me feel better. Saturday they sent off a urine sample for Elvis to the lab so they get exact numbers on his kidney's. They think it was caught early because there was no indication of any problems in his bloodwork. The vet told me that she went to a class a couple of weeks ago and they are starting to use a drug for the heart to help with kidney problems. I don't know the name or if it is just for dogs but I will ask her. It is suppose to open up the blood vessels which helps the kidney function. You may alreay know about this. I don't know if Elvis will have to be on it or not. I hope your Inky is feeling better. Both of you are in my prayers.
