The lab wouldn't do it, just did total protein and globulin, but my vet said he could calculate it from that since protein is mostly albumin plus globulin, and he got .555. The cytology report called the fluid straw colored and cloudy. Total protein 4.2, total wbc .88 thousand, specific gravity 1.028. looking more like fip, though of course not definitive still.
