Kelly,

My love & prayers go out to you & your Big G kitty. My guess is that he has squamous cell cancer, which is an evil evil cancer, so you are doing the right thing in letting him go. Until Monday, keep him warm & stay near him. Talk to him & tell him what a wonderful kitty he is & how much you love him. Make his last day one full of light & love.

Pam

My wonderful CRF kity is in a bad way. He did so well on fluids for 3 years and is over 20 years old, but he has a large lesion under his tongue and cannot eat. he is anemic,,,and it would be cruel to extend his suffering, He is on Buprenex now and is surrounded by warm rice socks and comfortable,,I gave him his fluids as that is a wonderful comfort measure. Please just send some good thoughts for us as this is the part of my rescue that is so very hard for me. but necessary ,,,Monday morning I shall hole him in my arms when he makes that final journey and once again becomes part of the universe....as do we all,
Kelly
