i live in a university town, and let me tell you, you can buy all the same paraphernalia now that you could back in the old days--scales, pipes, velvet paintings, psychedelia etc. i have seriously considered trying to get a scale for legit purposes..... with my luck, tho, i'd get busted, and end up spending what little money i have trying to defend myself against cat-drug-possession charges!
